One of my happiest times is when I am walking in the beautiful Lake District or helping my clients to feel healthier and happier.
I am a nutritional therapist and a licensed HeartMath coach who uses health and lifestyle coaching and I truly believe that a holistic approach to your health and wellbeing can make so much difference to your life.
My interest in a more natural approach to health began when I was ill during my twenties with M.E., it increased after having gestational diabetes with my first baby. I had to start to adjust my diet and I began to realise the impact that different foods can have on how you feel each day.
Over the years my interest grew and I was lucky to be able to retrain in nutrition. It really is my passion now and there is nothing I enjoy more than helping people to feel better.
We had a dream to have somewhere for people to come and learn about health and wellbeing as well as a relaxing break. So as a family we moved to Ambleside in the Lake District where we now have a bed & breakfast - Haven Cottage - and we are looking forward to making this come true.
I fully intend to stay healthy for as long as I can and for me this means a healthy and fit body, a sharp mind and lots of energy. I want to be still climbing the mountains when I reach 100!
I especially love to help busy ladies from their 40's, because by learning what to do during this time you have a great foundation to keep you feeling energised, healthy and happy..
I have 4 children and 2 dogs so I also understand what it is like to be busy and the challenges there are to introducing changes into your life, but you can and I would love to help you.
By the way this is the summit of Loughrigg Fell.
