I love nutrition and health coaching and I love to help people to feel happier. It fascinates me that different foods are actually messages to your body and can affect how your body works and how you feel.
My friends tell me I light up when I talk about it, and it really is my passion. I know that I am so lucky to have been able to retrain as a nutritional therapist, as now I have an excuse to talk about it even more!!
I also love learning, so if I am not talking about it, I am looking into learning something new!
My interest in a more natural approach to health began when I was ill during my twenties with M.E., it increased after having gestational diabetes with my first baby. I had to start to adjust my diet and I began to realise the impact that different foods can have on how you feel each day.
Lockdown 1 meant that my 'big' birthday was cancelled, so I have decided to remain at 49 forever and this has given me my overall purpose:
Helping ladies to stay 49 forever, to stay young in body, mind and spirit as I think this is how we stay happy.
For me this means, a healthy and fit body, a sharp mind and lots of energy.
Which is why I especially love to help busy ladies in their 40's, because by learning what to do during this time you have a great foundation to keep you young!
As a family we have recently moved to the Lake District, so my personal goal is to still be climbing those mountains when I reach 100!
As a family we love going on walks, with our dogs, Molly and Martha, and the Lake District is perfect for this!
I would love to help you become a healthier and happier you!
