Once every three months I offer 3 different free challenges to help you on your journey to becoming a healthier and happier you. Do the challenge once, or feel free to redo them to keep you on the straight and narrow.
Each challenge is run in a private Facebook group where I will give you daily support and motivation. Perhaps you could do the challenge with a friend, you can then support and motivate each other too.
Support, accountability and motivation are the key to your success, building new habits on your own is much harder.
Most of us know that there are things we could do to become healthier, but when you are busy juggling your home and work life, finding the motivation can be hard. We all know what we should be doing, but putting it into practice is another matter altogether! With this 5 day challenge you will learn all the skills you need to become the superwomen of your kitchen!
A 4 week challenge to keep you on track during the summer holidays. During the challenge we look at some important areas of a healthy lifestyle: nutrition, hydration, sleep and self-care; finally webring it all together by looking at how to keep all the good habits you started going forward.
We are all aware that sugar is not good for us, but cutting it down is such a hard thing to do. But did you know, it is your sugar habit that stops you from losing weight, it is why you have cravings, your energy levels are on the floor and your sleep could be better.. Sugar is more addictive than some drugs and is a risk factor for many of the diseases today, so reducing the amount you eat or even cutting it out, it is a great way to become a healthier version of you; plus you will feel so much better.
Use this 7 day challenge to prove to yourself that you can do it, the accountability and support will both help to get you started and keep you going when the going gets tough!
This is a plan to get you through the festive period, to find a balance so that you can have fun and enjoy yourself, but don't end up reversing all the good progress you have made during the year.
It is an easy and gentle challenge, perfect to fit in with the hectic time leading up to Christmas.
