Every few months I offer a free mini programmes to help you on your journey to becoming a healthier and happier you. Do the programme once, or feel free to redo them to keep you on the straight and narrow.
Each programme is run in a private Facebook group where I will give you daily support and motivation. Perhaps you could do it with a friend, you can then support and motivate each other too.
Support, accountability and motivation are the key to your success, building new habits on your own is much harder.

Sugar is more addictive than some drugs and is a risk factor for many of the diseases today, so reducing the amount you eat or even cutting it out, it is a great way to become a healthier version of you; plus you will feel so much better.
Use this 7 day programme to prove to yourself that you can do it, the accountability and support will both help to get you started and keep you going when the going gets tough!
