This programme would be perfect for someone who would like to have their current nutrition and lifestyle reviewed, perhaps you would like to address any concerns or small niggles you have or maybe you are aiming to achieve optimal health and to help to prevent the occurrence of a health condition in the future.
I will recommend changes during the first consultation, and the follow up consultation is to see how the implementation of changes is going.
