I always start with a free call, here we will work out what you are wanting to achieve, what you have tried so far and why it may not have worked. We will see if we are a good fit to work together and even if you decide this is not what you are after, I will give you a couple of tips to start you on your journey.
I have found that the best way to get results is by working with clients over a longer period of time, at least 12 weeks. During this time we can build new habits into your daily life and ensure that you have the a new mindset around food. As this is not something which can be achieved in a one-off consultation, I will not do these as I do not think they work and will waste your money.
All programmes cover a 12-week period; this has been found to be the minimum time needed to fully integrate the changes from your personalised wellness plan into your life, to make the lasting changes you desire.
Initial Consultation
The programmes begin with a detailed case review and initial consultation which typically takes 60 minutes, this includes:

Personalised Wellness Plan
Over the 12 week period we will work on your personalised wellness plan, which will be designed to support your specific goals. These changes will be slotted into your life over the period of the programme.
This includes a written report outlining your bespoke nutrition plan and support material:
My aim is to ensure you have a clear understanding of how specific recommendations relate to you and your health and how you will benefit from the lifestyle changes I suggest. This way there is a much higher probability of you achieving your goals.
Weekly Ongoing Support and Accountability
The 12 week programme has weekly meetings via zoom, where we discuss how the previous week has been, I introduce to you a new area of health and wellbeing, we also cover an area of health coaching which then leads on to you choosing your goals for the following week.
Review and Next Steps
At the end of every programme there will be an opportunity to review and discuss next steps. I have designed a follow-on programme should you wish to continue receiving support for an additional period.
