My name is Amanda Sarjant and I love to feel good, including getting outside and enjoying where I live and that is why I live my healthier lifestyle - I am far from perfect and don't always do the things I know I should but I aim to live by the 80/20 rule.
I love to help people who feel just like you do to get back to being their true self again, so that you can feel good and do all the things you love to do too.
Working together we will create a nutrition and lifestyle plan just for you.
We will start where you are at by unpacking your current lifestyle, we will then take out any overwhelm and instead bring in changes in a way that works for you.
I understand what it is like to want to be doing everything - the treadmill of life, your career, family life, fitting in time for healthy eating and exercise, let alone time for you and I help you discover how it is possible.
I know you want to be great at it all, but it is easy to get out of balance and this is why I have created my programme - the calMNESS method - to help you return to a place of balance and harmony where you feel back in control of your body, mind, and life.

I help you to discover why you want to make changes and the difference they will make to your life, then together we work out how to incorporate them into your busy lifestyle – to be new habits with you for the long term so that you can rediscover the real you once again.
You can then return to being full of vitality, having boundless energy, and being excited for life.
