I’m passionate about helping people feel good in their everyday lives - not through perfection, but through simple, realistic choices that actually fit real life.
I love being outdoors, moving my body, and enjoying where I live, and that’s what inspires my own approach to health.
I’m far from perfect, and I don’t always do everything I know I “should,” but I aim for balance rather than extremes.
For me, it’s about the 80/20 approach - focusing on what makes the biggest difference most of the time, without pressure to get everything right.
I understand what it’s like to feel like you’re juggling everything - work, family, life admin, health goals, and trying to squeeze in time for yourself on top of it all. It can feel like too much.
